About Marina

With over a decade of experience in the construction industry, Marina has successfully navigated roles in administration, curriculum development, and management. She currently leads Rai Training, where she plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between prospective students and the workforce, ensuring that individuals receive the necessary training to excel in their careers. Marina’s expertise in developing comprehensive training programs has been instrumental in producing exceptional workers for the construction sector.

Throughout her career, Marina has been directly responsible for certifying thousands of employees who have since joined the workforce and are contributing to various industries. Her leadership in curriculum development and her dedication to providing quality education have made her an invaluable asset to Rai Training, where her impact is evident in the success of countless professionals she has helped prepare for the demands of the construction field.

Dmitry (David) Drozdov

About David


Dmitry (David) Drozdov is an experienced Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) professional with over 37 years of expertise in regulatory compliance, project management, and construction safety oversight. As a certified instructor for OSHA, EPA, and various New York City and State agencies, he has developed and implemented numerous safety and compliance training programs. His background includes asbestos, mold, and hazardous material training for government agencies, private industry, and various trades, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations. He has also served as a safety officer and consultant on high-profile projects such as the New York City Transit Corona Yard and Henry Hudson Bridge, as well as disaster recovery efforts following Superstorm Sandy.

In addition to his extensive teaching experience, Dmitry has a solid foundation in on-site safety management. He has provided EHS compliance services for numerous construction and renovation projects across New York, including the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge, Marine Parkway, and Hilton New York Hotel. His responsibilities have included conducting safety orientations, toolbox meetings, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Dmitry is well-versed in preparing job hazard analyses, health and safety plans, and performing OSHA audits. He has played a key role in accident investigations and hazard mitigation, earning recognition for his leadership and deep knowledge of regulatory standards.

Dmitry holds multiple certifications, including OSHA Construction and General Industry Trainer, NYC DEP Certified Asbestos Investigator, and FDNY Construction Site Fire Safety Manager. He is also a certified ISO 45001 and 14001 Lead Auditor. His academic background includes a B.S. in Civil Engineering, and he remains actively involved with several professional organizations, including the American Society of Safety Professionals and the American Industrial Hygiene Association.
