RAI Training - Our Policies

In accordance with OSHA and IACET requirements, RAI Training Center maintains and keeps all records private and secure for a period minimum of (7) years. These records include but are not limited to course registration forms, sign-in sheets, exams, evaluation forms, copies of certifications, and all information within those documents. 

RAI Training Center’s recording-keeping policy ensures that all records are maintained confidential and are not used for any purposes of marketing or advertising without the written consent of the students. 

Should a student need a release of their records they must contact RAI Training Center via email at info@RaiTraining.com and prove their identity by providing their name, name of the course(s) taken, home address, and phone number.  Upon verification of the student’s identity, the requested information is provided to the student in a hard copy or email format.

ANTI-DISCRIMINATION POLICY 
RAI Training Center’s policy is to uphold a safe working and learning environment free of all varieties of discrimination. RAI Training Center does not and shall not discriminate based on race, color, religion (creed), gender, gender expression, age, national origin, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, military status, or political views in any of its activities or operations. These activities include but are not limited to hiring and firing staff, selection of vendors, and provision of training and technical services. INSTRUCTOR’S PROPRIETARY INTEREST POLICY 
RAI Training Center’s policy is that the Proprietary Interest of instructors is disclosed. RAI Training Center’s instructor(s) and its facility have no financial interest or related personal interest of bias in any business whose products and/ or services are described, reviewed, evaluated, or compared in the training courses provided. Any violations of this policy by anyone employed or contracted with RAI Training Center or individuals attending a training program will be reported to the President of RAI Training Center and may result in disciplinary action or removal from the training program. RAI Training Center does not accept any training program that is sponsored or administered by an individual or company that has a financial interest or related personal interest of bias in any business.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS POLICY
Any materials, publications, processes, or related works for the design and delivery of continuing education and training developed by RAI Training Center shall be owned by RAI Training Center and the employees and sub-contracted instructors have no right to use the content in any way or form. Any materials, publications, processes, or related works for the design and delivery of continuing education and training developed by a presenter or outside agency without the assistance of RAI Training Center, shall be owned by such presenter or outside agency. The presenter shall provide RAI Training Center with a non‐exclusive license for the materials under reasonable terms as to use and distribution. The presenter shall grant RAI Training Center permission to (1) copy, reproduce, publish, and distribute the materials in all print and other formats (including but not limited to online publication via RAI Training Center’s website, and distribution at future RAI Training Center’ programs and conferences); (2) reprint materials for Distribution; and (3) make materials available for purchase and distribution after a continuing Education and training event. The presenter must represent and warrant that the materials do not violate or infringe on any personal or property rights of others, whether common law or statutory, and that the materials contain nothing libelous or otherwise contrary to law. RAI Training Center agrees to provide presenters with appropriate authorship credit as applicable and acknowledgment each time it publishes or republishes the work, and to require authorized sublicenses if any, to also provide appropriate authorship credit and acknowledgments. RAI Training Center understands and agrees that any grant of rights does not constitute a transfer of copyright and that the presenter remains free to present the materials or revised versions elsewhere. Any violations of this policy by anyone employed with or contracted with RAI Training Center or individuals attending a training program will be reported to the President of RAI Training Center and may result in disciplinary action or removal from the training program.
